IT Support Center

Our IT Services Support Center is open to all of our existing clients and their employees to use whenever you need assistance or have technical support requests.  For all other inquiries or to find out how to become a client of No Doozy MSP, use our Contact Us page for more information.

Help Desk Hours and Contact Info

Help Desk hours are from 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday.  We are closed for all major holidays.

Emergency and After Hours Support

After hours help desk calls are answered by our auto-attendant. For clients that have 24/7 emergency service, select the emergency service option when prompted or submit a ticket to our help desk. All support requests are routed to our on-call technician.

Remote Support Portal

Remote support is the quickest and easiest way to resolve technical support issues. When you speak with one of our technicians, they will direct you to the remote support portal to open a remote support session into your system.

The Client Portal gives you and whoever you grant within your organization account access to view all tickets associated with your company along with invoices. You can also open tickets directly through the portal and add notes to existing tickets.
